Our team is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent for a client in the Oil and Gas industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners.
• Help users reset passwords and related application activity.
• Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
• Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Good verbal communication.
• Cheerful and helpful attitude.
• Dependable and punctual engagement.
• Data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple screens during a call.
• Experience working with tablet software.
• Experience with printer hardware
