Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a passion for customer relationship management? We are seeking a dynamic CRM Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system across all retail locations, ensuring seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining CRM for all Retail Locations: Responsible for updating and managing the
CRM system for all retail locations, including but not limited to calendar updates,
appointment results, and handling escalations promptly and effectively. - CRM Verification: Regularly verify and ensure alignment between our CRM and store
CRM systems to guarantee data accuracy and consistency. - Call Center Coordination: Collaborate with the call center team to update calendars,
review and address customer cancellation questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a
smooth customer experience. - Production Support: Serve as a liaison between retail locations and production teams,
addressing any job issues or escalations received from the retail locations promptly and
effectively. - Vendor Management: Responsible for adding and removing third-party vendor
employees in both Retail CRM and Woodbridge CRM systems, maintaining accurate
records and ensuring compliance. - Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate weekly/monthly meetings with
SmartCircle to discuss CRM updates, performance metrics, and strategies for
improvement. - Roadshow Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and approval process for roadshows in
collaboration with retail stores, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation. - Document Management: Update and load any relevant documents and customer
information into the CRM system from various locations, ensuring data integrity and
accessibility. - Administrative Support: Assist with any other administrative duties as requested by the
management team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in CRM management and administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check
