Job Description:
The Customer Experience Administrator will provide administrative support to the account management team while maintaining relationships with customers. This role involves managing fleet-related services and handling inquiries, with a path for growth into account management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support account managers with administrative tasks and projects.
- Respond to customer and driver inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage data entry in proprietary systems and maintain accurate records.
- Handle fleet-related requests, such as maintenance cards and insurance certificates.
- Assist the sales team with client-facing materials and reports.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative support or customer service within account management.
- Industry Preference: Experience in fleet management is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, friendly communication skills
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
