Our client is a well-known and international manufacturing company. They pride themselves on commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their team and help them deliver exceptional services to their clients.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. This Customer Care Specialist role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Specialist:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries and issues are resolved
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
- Continuously improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals
Qualifications for the Customer Care Specialist:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
