Our client is a leading provider of the pharmaceutical industry. They are dedicated to offering exceptional products and services to our customers, and they believe that success is driven by their talented and passionate team. They are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Care Specialist.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19+/hr
Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. The Customer Care Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Specialist:
- Handle customer questions and concerns through phone calls, emails, and live chat with politeness and professionalism
- Deliver precise details regarding our products and services
- Address and solve customer problems and complaints swiftly and efficiently
- Record and monitor customer communications and solutions in our CRM system
- Work with other teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
- Recognize and refer complicated problems to the appropriate team members or management
- Stay informed about the latest updates on company products, services, and policies
- Participate in ongoing improvement efforts to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications for the Customer Care Specialist:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in using CRM Software’s
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work Monday-Friday onsite, 9-5pm
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
