Position Overview:
We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued customers while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Details:
- 6-week virtual training program
- Remote position (must reside within 50 miles of a company center in CA, AZ, CO, TN, TX, MS, AL, MI, PA, WI, IL, or MA)
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential Saturday shifts
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, handling 60-80 inbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment. You'll assist customers with various inquiries, including billing, service changes, cancellations, and service issues. Your ability to provide clear explanations, resolve problems efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences will be key to your success.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
2. Utilize multiple applications and tools to research and resolve customer issues
3. Provide product education and service information
4. Identify cross-selling opportunities and retain at-risk customers
5. Manage escalated calls with patience and skill
6. Maintain high standards of call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and typing
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to change and pressure
Remote Work Requirements:
- High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, private workspace
- Basic technical aptitude for setting up and maintaining company-provided equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
