Description Markon is seeking Customer Account Managers to support our Intelligence Customer. Responsibilities * Prepare, review, validate and send billing statements, project plans, and SLAs to customers
* Submit monthly invoices to customers showing spending against their SLAs
* Provide assistance and instructions to customers by answering questions and assisting them in navigating through business and financial processes
* Work closely with Finance when preparing and analyzing SLAs, financial, or billing statements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including proof reading, writing, developing communications for the customer, creating communication plans, and writing speeches as needed. * Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metrics
* Review and approve timesheets as needed Qualifications * Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts
* Knowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business models
* Working knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)
* Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization
* Minimum 3+ years experience Salary Range USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
