Custom Home Superintendent - Gpac

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our residential development company. This team specializes in building luxury multifamily apartments, and single-family homes

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all phases of construction, ensuring quality workmanship, staying on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on multifamily, apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Experience managing and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Qualifications

• Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings.
• Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years as a site superintendent
• A valid driver’s license from the state of residence is required
