Job Title: Culinary Service Assistant Director
Position Summary: The Assistant Director manages the culinary department in the Director's absence, ensuring quality food and nutritional services for residents, including therapeutic meal service based on RDA requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily culinary operations and staff management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement menus that meet dietary needs.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring culinary staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
