This firm is committed to providing top-notch legal representation for clients facing criminal charges. Job Description: The Criminal Defense Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of criminal defense matters, including trial work. The ideal candidate will bring experience, strong advocacy skills, and a passion for defending clients' rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various criminal cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Develop defense strategies and manage all stages of litigation.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle trials, hearings, and other court appearances as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• 2-5 years of experience in criminal defense.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada criminal law and court procedures.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Trial experience and a confident courtroom presence (preferred).
• Ability to perform under pressure and make sound legal decisions.
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and client advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, (depending on experience).
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and an IRA account.
