Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including felony and misdemeanor charges.
• Handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury claims, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases.
• Provide expert legal counsel and strategic defense strategies.
• Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• At least 2 years of experience in criminal defense and personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of criminal law and the personal injury claims process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• A passion for fighting for justice and protecting clients' rights.

Preferred:

• Trial experience in both criminal and personal injury cases.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes in both areas of law.
