Im seeking SOLID 3-5 years of experience Creditors Rights Bankruptcy Paralegal in Pittsburgh, PA.
This Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys by reviewing documents and investigating facts; preparing correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs; scheduling court appearances; and communicating with clients
In-Office
REQUIREMENTS:- MUST HAVE
- Paralegal degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm. Experience in debt collection, foreclosure, and/or tax collection weighed heavily
- Excellent communication skills.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks related to the creditors’ rights practice, such as working with firm software, working with the firm’s accounting department, and coordinating with other team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software. Pro-Law and Collection Master preferred.
- Client service approach
