We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Creditors Rights Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload, advocating for creditors' rights, and representing our clients in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in discovery, motions, and litigation and must be a member in good standing of the Oregon Bar.

1. Representing clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, mediations, and arbitrations related to creditors' rights and collections.
2. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.

4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in order to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.

6. Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations pertaining to creditors' rights and collections.
7. Collaborating with legal staff and other stakeholders to ensure the effective management of cases.
Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Creditors Rights Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on creditors' rights, discovery, motions, and litigation.
3. Active membership and good standing with the Oregon Bar.
4. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to creditors' rights and collections.
5. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
