The Credit Return Coordinator is responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to process product returns and to issue credit or debit customer accounts accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Customers and Manufacturing to accurately process inbound RGA's (Returns Good Authorization)
- Consult with cross-functional teams on any RGA issues
- Validate RGA product to paperwork, then release to process for credit
- Insert scanned documents to correct customers' credit or debit memo after processing in NetSuite
- Respond to questions from team members about returns and collaborate resolutions for customers
- Process Saleable and Unsaleable Return Goods Authorizations (RGA) to create credit and debit memos
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding for return and credit processing
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills within all levels of the organization
- Analytical thinking with the ability to implement creative solutions
- Ability to resolve issues with customers and vendors within a timely manner
- Capacity to work well under pressure and respond to fast-changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a small team, adhere to work schedule, and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies and processes to meet evolving business needs
