7am to Noon, Monday through Friday, On-Site
Our client has an immediate need for a detail-oriented and motivated Credit Administrative Specialist to join their team. This position involves a variety of credit administration duties including scanning checks into the bank, signing waivers upon verification, and assisting the credit team with various tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check Scanning: Run checks through the check scanner and ensure accurate deposit into the bank.
- Sign lien waivers upon verification and ensure all documentation is properly processed.
- Document Management: Scan and organize documents into designated folders.
- System Learning: Learn and utilize the Sage Online ERP system to assist with cash sales and A/R accounts.
- PO Matching: Match purchase orders to invoices accurately.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers occasionally, primarily facilitated by the sales team.
- Work with Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
