About the Job
QuaverEd Inc., a rapidly growing and innovative education company based in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Creative Writer to assist in the creation of marketing materials, written proposals, and adoption scripts to be utilized by our video department.
The ideal candidate will craft compelling print and digital marketing pieces. They will also assist in writing proposals and crafting and storyboarding video scripts to support business growth. This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and a knack for storytelling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Proven experience in proposal writing and/or video script development.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms is a plus
Job Duties:
Craft copy for digital and print material supporting marketing efforts.
Craft engaging copy for advertisements, landing pages, and social media posts.
Conduct research to tailor content for specific demographics.
Write materials that resonate with customer pain points and aspirations.
Ensure all written materials align with brand voice and guidelines.
Adapt tone and style to match the target audience and video objectives.
Conduct market and audience research to enhance message effectiveness.
Research, write, and edit clear, persuasive proposals tailored to district and state needs.
Adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Develop original, engaging scripts for promotional, instructional, and storytelling videos.
Collaborate with video production teams to align scripts with visual elements.
Work with graphic designers, web developers, and marketing strategists to bring campaigns to life.

This role is a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at a minimum of 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
