Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This key role will involve assisting and managing the reporting of financial results, budgeting, and forecasting for a designated group of customers, businesses, and departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, complete financial month-end activities, and provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making, including evaluating trends, risks, and recommending solutions to maximize cost savings and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying key trends and risks
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance for a designated group
• Reconcile financial data and support audit activities
• Collaborate with operations to provide financial insights and optimize performance
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profitability and business scenarios
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
• Communicate financial findings clearly to stakeholders
• Evaluate financial impact of customer requests and contracts
• Drive efficiency initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
• Participate in month-end financial activities
• Support cross-functional teams with financial expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of financial, cost accounting, and/or analytical experience
• Experience in healthcare financial management strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work with highly experienced professional staff

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
