Cost Accountant Role Overview
The Cost Accountant will bring expertise in financial management, delivering strategic insights to drive company performance and growth.

• Oversee and analyze financial statements, with a focus on Profit and Loss (P&L) and overall financial health.
• Lead project forecasting to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• The Cost Accountant will conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards.
• The Cost Accountant will prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in roles such as Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant, or Cost Accountant, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project financials.
