Position: Sales Associate - Residential Countertops

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in countertop sales and a passion for helping clients bring their design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences for countertop projects.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on various countertop materials, including granite, quartz, marble, and others.
• Prepare and present quotes, ensuring accurate measurements and specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers.
• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Previous experience in countertop sales or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relative ability to read and interpret design blueprints or sketches.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including:
  • CRM software (Moraware preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • QuickBooks preferred
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
