Counter Salesperson at Atrium

Our client, a Family-owned Electrical and plumbing supply company. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Counter Salesperson to join their dynamic team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45,000 – $60,000 plus bonus

Position Overview:

In this Counter Salesperson role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, including electrical and plumbing contractors, both commercial and residential. The Counter Salesperson will handle inside sales at the counter, provide job quotes, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Counter Salesperson:

• Serve customers at the counter, addressing their needs and providing expert advice on plumbing and electrical supplies
• Process sales transactions and manage job quotes accurately
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications for the Counter Salesperson:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the plumbing or electrical supply industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
