Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field or 10+ years of cost estimating experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements
Required Qualifications
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.
- 10+ years of estimating experience.
- Bid evaluation and negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Vertical construction experience.
- Occupied renovation experience.
- CM/GC Contract experience
- Review CM/GC subcontract pricing and recommendation throughout the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) process.
- Review and validate CM/GC change requests.
- Develop independent cost estimates as needed.
- Maintain organized and detailed files, project records and logs.

- Responsibilities
- Review CM/GC subcontract pricing and recommendation throughout the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) process.

Pay Range: $140K to$160 per year
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
