Corporate Paralegal with Law Firm Experience - Hire Options, Inc

Finance firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:

• M&A transactions
• Entity management - corps, domestic/international entities, LLCs & partnerships
• Corporate governance
• KYC/AML

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Paralegal certificate required
• Between 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department required
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite required
