About the Job
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a growing financial services company in the South Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
The Corporate Paralegal's responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and legal documents in collaboration with attorneys and team leaders.
- Supporting corporate legal projects such as transactions, compliance, and M&A initiatives.
- Assisting with responses to subpoenas, complaints, and other legal actions.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing contract databases and maintaining libraries of legal documents, including agreements and statements of work.
- Undertaking special projects to improve legal team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
