Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- 5+ years of experience in culinary management
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience in wholesale trade or seafood distribution industry
- Experience in product development and menu planning
- Certifications in food safety and sanitation
