About the Job
As an Administrative Coordinator you will support the corporate and operational activities of a senior living company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
General Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and disbursement process in Quickbooks
- Support Medicaid entitlement process by coordination with Medicaid and SSI/SSDI applications
- Assist with payroll processing
- Ensure staff is in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Hiring of HHA/ PCA personnel to ensure appropriate levels of staffing for assisted living communities. This includes screening resumes, interviews and onboarding process that ensures all paperwork, medical evaluations, background checks and certifications are met prior to hiring
- Coordinate and oversee personnel orientation and regulatory compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate and updated health records for all home health aides
- Maintain and administer HHA training, In-service/ supervision schedules
- Coordination with operational personnel on paperwork
- Manage and assist with various business office requirements and tasks
- Perform various miscellaneous clerical, administrative, research or other work related to the operation of a senior living operation
Other Administrative Duties
- Keep files organized and updated
- Coverage of front desk and office administration tasks
- Performing other duties as needed and/or assigned
