```Role
As a Control Systems Engineer (also known as Automation Engineer or Process Control Engineer), you'll develop troubleshooting tools, engineer control hardware/software upgrades, ensure equipment functionality, perform preventative maintenance, and train maintenance technicians. You'll also program robotic controls, maintain safety standards, and interact professionally in high-pressure situations.

- Experience programming Allen Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC/HMI software.
- Knowledge of Industrial Networks (Ethernet I/P, Device Net, Profibus, ControlNet).
- Proficiency in Auto CAD Electrical, VFD and Servo drive systems, and vision systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and prints.
- Experience with machine guarding devices, risk assessment of equipment, and electrical safety.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
