Overview of the Controller role:

• Manage cash flow projections, ensuring adequate liquidity for operation needs and capital expenditures
• Ensure monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, monthly accruals and other monthly functions for a timely and accurate monthly close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for stakeholders, including property owners, investors and management

Preferred Qualifications for the Fund Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• Extensive real estate accounting experience
• Experience with multifamily property accounting preferred
• Experience with Entrata a plus
