Finance Controller

Location: Springboro / Centerville OH

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 + Benefits

Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a Finance Controller for a growing manufacturing company. This role reports directly to the CFO and focuses on driving financial performance, optimizing operations, and mentoring a small, talented team. A key focus will be improving inventory processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Optimize inventory processes, reducing excess and improving accuracy.
• Provide actionable financial insights to drive growth and cost savings.
• Manage and mentor a small team while collaborating across departments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years in financial leadership, ideally in manufacturing.
• Cost accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with German accounting practices a plus.
