Who we are looking for / Requirements:
This client is seeking a Contract Analyst - Vendor Management. The Contract Analyst - Vendor Management will ensure all Third Party relationships are compliant with all applicable corporate, state, federal and regulatory requirements with a focus on Federal consumer financial laws.
Key components we are looking for:
- Hold a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and be in good standing of at least one US state bar or hold a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Candidates without a Juris Doctorate must have a strong background in contracting/legal.
- Experience with Coupa CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) is a plus.
- Vendor managers find the best vendor deals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships while representing the company.
- The service provider must:
- Be a member in good standing of at least one US state bar or have earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
What you will do / Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business partners.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle:
- Negotiation, initial drafting, business, legal, and other stakeholder approval.
- Execution and ongoing compliance.
- Assist Legal with review of third-party contract templates to ensure inclusion of OneMain provisions.
- Perform annual contract reviews for third-party vendors.
- Facilitate necessary renewals, amendments, or terminations as required.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and approvals on file.
- Ensure agreements include:
- Appropriate service levels, quality and security standards.
- Performance metrics and financial penalties/incentives as required.
- Ensure corporate requirements are met by facilitating necessary documentation and reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
