Continuous Improvement Manager Ops at Medline Industries LP

Responsible for the management, implementation, and coaching of the Medline Operating System (MOS) improvement strategies.
Utilizing Continuous Improvement strategies, coach site leaders through the deployment of the MOS, demonstrating the impact to specific KPI’s connected to Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
Investigate further opportunities for site improvement, develop change strategies, and engage, empower, and enable the local team to make necessary changes in order to provide a competitive advantage for Medline.
Monitor business and operational performance metrics and recommend changes as necessary.
