This role requires strong project management skills, including experience in TPM, RCA, and Lean processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Engineering team. This is a permanent position that requires a professional with a strong background in TPM manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing effective strategies that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity. Experience with Power BI, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Total Productive Maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency across all engineering processes.
2. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization.
3. Use Power BI to analyze data and generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
4. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives to identify and address the root causes of inefficiencies or quality issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
6. Develop and provide training and support to all staff members on continuous improvement techniques and methodologies.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with TPM manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
4. Proficiency in Power BI and other data analysis tools.
5. Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and strategies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address root causes.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
