Job Brief
Advisor360°'s Content Marketing Manager presents a unique opportunity for a storyteller and B2B content creator! We are looking for someone who will use their creative and collaborative skills to develop and amplify the voices of our experts in the wealth management/FinTech space. You will develop ideas and create content to help build our brand and increase our reach and influence. You will collaborate and take the lead on a wide variety of content development, copywriting, proofreading and editing projects. You will also develop corporate marketing collateral to assist in our sales efforts. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing, and play an important role in carrying out our content strategy.
Here's What You'll Do:
• Ghostwrite and edit content to amplify the reach and influence of our experts
• Work both independently and collaboratively to create blog posts, articles, video scripts, case studies, sales collateral, product descriptions, corporate copy, and PowerPoint presentations
•Research, plan, and present new content ideas and keyword-based topic proposals for our executives and thought leaders
•Write web copy that meets our tone and style guidelines, is clear/concise, and creates a sense of urgency
•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and ELT colleagues to develop and manage content campaigns from inception to completion
• Proof and edit articles and provide detailed editorial feedback to team members
•Help implement our content strategy and support Sr. Manager, Content Marketing
•Follow SEO best practices and use SEMRush to optimize content for maximum readability and reach
What You Bring to the Table:
•Exceptional writing, research, and editorial skills
•Natural collaborator with the ability to synthesize ideas and perspectives
•Can connect the dots between consumer storytelling techniques and engaging business audiences
•Understand SEO and how to set-up content for success in search
•Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
•BA in communications, marketing, English or equivalent
•Strong portfolio of examples that reflect your history of writing and content development
•5-7 years of hands-on experience writing and editing engaging content for a business audience
•1-2 years in financial services or wealth management a plus
•Experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
