The Content Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales via social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.

This is a full-time in-person position at our NYC offices.

What You’ll Do:

· Project Management: Develop bi-annual marketing strategies, including campaign planning, product launches, social media content, B2B partnerships, events, and influencer partnerships.

· Digital Content: Shoot, edit, and post photo and video content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, record and edit podcasts, and manage blog posts on sites.

· Graphic Design: Create ads for paid social and paid search, emails, thumbnails for social media, look books, paper good supplies, and more using Canva.

· Collaborate in the creation of marketing materials such as website content, product descriptions, and promotional materials (Photoshop and Figma experience is highly preferred)

· Create/Manage engaging and timely content for social media channels

• Track and react to KPIs to inform future strategies and campaigns across a variety of channels (Google, Meta, Klaviyo, TikTok, Pinterest)

· Coordinate, manage and execute influencer/brand events and product launches

Who You Are:

· 2-6 years of experience in marketing, branding or a related field

· You are intellectually curious and aren’t afraid of a challenge

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with email marketing platform Klaviyo and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work 4 days a week in Midtown Manhattan.

· Experience in photography, photo and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite), and graphic design (Canva), is a must.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross functionally.
