System One is actively recruiting for a Content Creation Communications Consultant for a long-term contract position working a hybrid schedule located in Minneapolis, MN.

Consult with marketing representatives and other subject matter experts to obtain information on product or service and obtain requirements including style and length of copy.

Content Creation Communications Consultant Requirements:

Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects.
Access tickets through Microsoft planner, reach out to the customer to coordinate the change. P
Put the request in the right voice, put it in adobe, submit it to the design team, answer question they might have, proof the material to ensure it meeting the standards
Content creation, review, getting things edited and reviewing them
Edit or rewrite copy quickly as necessary.
Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing and promotional material.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
Demonstrate creativity and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on audience, product and medium.
Meet with team weekly.

Content Creation Communications Consultant Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (journalism or other communication field)
5-10 years of content creation/copy write experience supporting a wide range of projects
Advanced computer literacy skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Tasks, Adobe, etc.
Understanding basic numbers or reporting, will have to write about numbers in terms of energy savings, rebate amounts and related program benefits.
Marketing communications reporting in a basic understanding of the success metrics for various tactics across communications channels.

Project Location: Minneapolis, MN
Project Duration: 12-Months
Work Schedule: (Onsite: T-Th and Remote: M & F)
Hourly Pay Rate: $51.72/hr.
