_What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health_
Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning.
Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs.
_Position Summary_
The Consultant, Learning Business Partner (LBP) is responsible for working with the GTBS (Global Technology & Business Services) and EIT (Enterprise IT) business leaders to understand learning needs and gaps and execute strategic learning projects that align with business initiatives.
_Responsibilities_
+ Consult with global GTBS/EIT customers to conduct comprehensive training needs assessments by collaborating with business stakeholders, HR, and team leaders to identify skill gaps, development needs, and future capability requirements.
+ Establish an annual EIT training strategy based on skill and competency development and aligned with business goals.
+ Partner with SMEs, stakeholders, and Instructional Design and Development HUB resources to develop and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
+ Build and manage multiple strategic training projects simultaneously.
+ Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of learning solutions to ensure success and impact.
+ Prepare quarterly business reviews for GTBS/EIT customers using key training and business metrics.
+ Liaise and maintain strong partnerships with GTBS/EIT customers, Digital U program coordinators, and L&D COE partners.
_Qualifications_
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
+ 4+ years’ experience in training and business partnering, preferred.
+ Experience working with EIT customers and familiar with areas such as artificial intelligence, agile, SAP, data analytics, enterprise data management, software development.
+ Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
+ Strong project management skills and work ethic.
+ Travel expected at 10% or less

_Anticipated salary range_ : $66,500-$99,645
