Job Description:
Maggiore Construction Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential projects in Boston and the North Shore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in ground-up projects and will be proficient in managing all aspects of construction operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Implement aggressive construction schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Handle project documentation and paperwork efficiently.

Requirements:
