Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in tenant improvement (TI) projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review and interpret construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, resolve any issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and address concerns or updates as needed.
• Conduct regular site meetings to align team members and stakeholders.
• Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on project status.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a focus on tenant improvement projects.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
