Position Overview:

The Multi-Family Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of large garden-style multi-family construction projects in South Florida. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing similar projects in this region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site operations for large garden-style multi-family projects in South Florida.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure seamless execution of construction phases.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Monitor quality control and adherence to building specifications through regular inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to meet all project requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive job site environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large garden-style multi-family projects.
• Demonstrated experience working on projects in South Florida (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse project teams.
• Deep knowledge of multi-family construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
