Construction Superintendent at Accurate Recruitment Consultants

The ideal candidate will partner with Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Executive to address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This must be a hands-on-professional, with a stable work history and experience managing subcontractors , quality control, and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience working for a GC building (high-end restaurants)
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Develop and uphold a realistic project schedule, keeping subcontractors informed and aligned with milestones
• Regularly update daily logs, change orders, and maintain a clear organization of project documents in scope
• Schedule final inspections, ensure completion of punch list, a prepare for project

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of proven tract record as a Superintendent for GC-led high-end restaurant projects
• Ability to read construction documents
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
