Construction Site Superintendent - PEG Staffing & Recruiting

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budgets and timelines. This role involves hands-on coordination of construction activities, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering clear communication with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background and be a signatory with the Carpenters Union.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire job site, managing safety protocols, project deadlines, and budgets.
• Perform daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
• Communicate progress through daily reports, weekly photos, timesheets, and updates to 3-week and master schedules.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
• Handle tools and assist with construction tasks when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing ground-up or renovation projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction paperwork and blueprints.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and site logistics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and using tools as needed.
