Construction Project Manager - Insight Global

Must Haves:

7+ years of experience in:

• Government Capital Projects
• New building and interior renovations
• Familiar with construction management at risk contract.
• GC license or Architect/Engineer bachelors
• Owners’ representation experience (someone who looks out for quality control of the building) on large scale govt projects (schools, offices, understanding how the process works)

Plusses:

• GC or Architect Background

Day to Day: Our client in the federal space is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team of 10 people. This person will be attending owner architect meetings on the job site, reviewing plans and specifications, reviewing contract and for informants in the work in progress, won't be creating or negotiating contracts, but will be making sure what they are contracted to do is getting done. This person will also be doing quality control and providing management reports. There is no travel other than throughout Palm Beach County, FL.
