-Construction background managing projects in the field

-Oversight of subcontractors

-Ability to mitigate conflicts onsite

-Ability to look over contracts and manage a project schedule.

-Ability to report back to owners reps and various stakeholders

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to work onsite with one of our large customers in Lebanon IN. This client specializes in HVAC building controls for a large pharmaceutical customer. This role is an onsite role and will require coordination with internal and external employees to drive specific projects to completion. Best candidates will have experience overseeing subcontractors (ideally electrical or mechanical related).

-Experience managing construction projects within the commercial space

-Ability to use MS Project or another tool for tracking/scheduling

-Ability to manage superintendents, schedulers, etc.

-Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday on a in a customer trailer environment onsite

-Strong attention to detail with good communication skills

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Lebanon, IN supporting a large project. Will get involved in estimation, scheduling, RFIs and contracts and have involvement in the oversight of several Site superintendents. Will need to have experience managing electrical and or mechanical subcontractors ideally in order to drive projects to completion in the field. Will need to be comfortable being onsite and being working with internal and external employees. Will stay organized using a tracker like MS project or Procore, etc.
