Construction Project Manager - Multifamily Projects at Diamond Peak Recruiting

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale developments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project close-out
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes to align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any challenges.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external teams to communicate updates, resolve issues, and maintain accountability.
• Review and manage contracts, plans, and specifications, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Provide leadership to the project team, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a results-driven culture.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction ManagementEngineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and other tools such as Excel and Bluebeam.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
