Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and create detailed project plans that outline scope, timeline, and budget while working closely with the Superintendent.
• Coordinate with various teams including Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Automation, and Refrigeration to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with industrial and commercial projects.
• Experience managing multiple multi-disciplined projects on average $5-10million
• Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing/Process Plants (e.g. Food and Beverage or pulp and paper) industry standards and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus!!
