Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred, but not required).
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end custom home construction projects from design to completion.
Strong knowledge of project management and estimating software such as Procore, Sage Contractors, and Excel.
Exceptional blueprint reading and plan interpretation skills.
Oversee all project trades, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Manage project budgets, permitting, and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
Coordinate fieldwork with superintendents and provide 50/50 office-to-site management.
Conduct project analysis, develop timelines, and ensure successful, turnkey delivery of custom homes.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
