Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints
- Manage the contract buyout process, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.
- Experience with project management, scheduling, budgets, contract buyout, and subcontractor management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
