Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
Utilize project management software to monitor progress and maintain accurate project documentation.
Perform cost analysis and budget preparation, ensuring financial viability throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively address issues and delays to minimize impact on project timelines.
Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations throughout project execution.
Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners to ensure project success.
Utilize AutoCAD for project design and planning as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or architecture project management.
Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction project management tools.
Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory approvals.
Solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and quality standards.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Team player with leadership capabilities.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
