Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

A background in commercial construction with experience in self-storage, industrial outdoor storage, or related projects.
Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel.
Developing project scopes, managing bids, and completing project budgets.
Leading subcontractors and superintendents to ensure project continuity and successful completion.
Flexibility to work remotely to start, transitioning to an office environment as the team grows.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred; PMP or Gold Seal certification is a plus.
Strong commitment to a 40-hour work week with flexibility in schedule.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including three weeks of PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, and a 401k plan (no match).
