Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5+ years of general construction experience; experience with fuel storage or service stations is a plus but not required.
• Manage projects up to $5M in size, ensuring timely scheduling, quality control, and adherence to local codes.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, field logistics, and project lifecycles to maximize efficiency and budget control.
• Resolve on-site issues, manage change orders, and track all project documentation using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Google Notes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
• Lead team meetings and ensure safety and efficiency across all project operations.
• Monday-Friday schedule with limited travel required.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus end-of-year bonuses.
