Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate industrial construction projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions to complex construction challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Must be open to travel as required for project sites
